WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR ALL RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- All Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a store credit.
- YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US AND OR FILL OUT AN ON-LINE FORM (SEE CONTACT LINK) IN ORDER TO SEND BACK AN ORDER TO OUR WAREHOUSE
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
- All defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receiving.
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a store credit refund. International orders are allowed 20 days.
- All returns must have the original tags/chains, and returning in a mailer padded or box. If not, no exchanges or refund will be issued or applied to customer.
- All returns must be unworn, scent free, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- All returns must be received within 15 days of receiving your order. The 15 days begin from the day that the order was received by the customer.
- All International orders have 20 days from receiving your order to return merchandise.
- Any and All returned items 15 or 20 days return period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of total bill, which will minus from the store credit given by miyyamaggleboutique.
- NOTE: ANY returns older than 15 or 20 days will be rejected, and you will be shipped back to you at your expense. Customer will be responsible for the return postage.
- All items purchase at final sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds granted will be issued minus the shipping costs, as shipping and return charges are not refundable.
- Returning shipments must have the return authorization information emailed to you to be placed on the package.
ITEMS NON-RETURNABLE: The following items are non-returnable due to hygienic:
- All accessories, All hats, and All jewelry, All sunglasses, and All sale items
- Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must contact our office and return your unwanted item back to us. Upon receiving the item (s) and inspect and approve. We will issue a store credit to customer. Then you can place an order for the correct size using your store credit issued to you.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
